Long Grain
This Paddy is mostly grown in Eastern & Central Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Chattisgarh, Raipur & Gondia Area. Originally, this was the prime product of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka but now such hybrids are available in Northern Indian Belts also. Similar Rice from Pakistan is called IRRI-6 and Thai Broken Rice.
